Sal is a first generation Italian/American he was raised in Richmond, Virginia and quickly taught the core values of dedication, hard work, respect, and service. In his early years, he helped run the family business where he learned all aspects of running a full service organization. With his business background experience he began developing commercial and residential properties. His love for real estate lead him down a path to serving peoples property needs with the Balducci Realty Group.
